SCRUPLESHAIRCARE.COM PURCHASES:We want you to be satisfied with your Scruples purchase! Our goal is to provide you with an enjoyable, informative, and convenient shopping experience for hair care products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order we will gladly provide a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Please contact us at 800-457-0016 or email@example.com for all return requests. If returning for a refund, only the credit card used in the purchase can be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that only shop.scrupleshaircare.com orders may be returned for refund or exchange.
In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately at 800-457-0016 or firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
ALL OTHER PURCHASES:For merchandise purchased with one of our other Scruples retail partners, please return to the original point-of-purchase to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
ORDER PROCESSING:Scruples hours of business are 8:30am to 5:00pm CST. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. All shop.scrupleshaircare.com orders received after the stated business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES:
Standard Shipping: Orders may take up to 3-5 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive after your order is processed. All orders are shipped standard ground via FedEx.At this time, Scruples is unable to offer Expedited Shipping with any online orders. At this time Scruples is unable to ship outside of the Continental U.S., (Including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands) we apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as Scruples is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $50 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada are ineligible for this promotion.
CANADIAN SHIPPING POLICIES:
Remote locations in Canada require an additional time delivery as customs clearance times may vary. Some orders may take up to a total of 20 business days for delivery. At this time, we are unable to ship orders to Canadian P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:Scruples does not currently ship online orders to international addresses. Please contact us at 800.457.0016 or email@example.com more information on the international distributor in your area.
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials. Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.
